Step 1: Assessment. I train for results, from top level athletes to the average Joe. We need to set out your goals and take into account your body's weaknesses, strengths and basic physiology.
2. Buy a month long program

Step 2: We design a program to fill in the gaps and plug up your weaknesses, build on your strengths and then target whatever it is you desire (weightloss, muscle size gain, strength gain, competition preparation, etc.). For which you pay a set amount, details below.
*Note: I do 4 weeks at a time to ensure correct progression. So after 4 weeks, we do a second assessment and take stock of where you are in your physical ability.
